-4/18/09: Green Schools Conference
- Green Schools Conference. The nationwide conference will be an event dedicated to bringing together students from dozens of schools in order to discuss and listen to new ways to go green in schools. The Conference will feature speakers, information fairs, focus groups, and a screening of a new Disney movie.

-4/6/09: NASDAQ Live Opening with the Green Schools Alliance
- On Monday, April 6th, CENIC members Matt Brumback, Harrison Monsky, James Underberg, Jack Gibbons, Alex Judge, and Zack Hamed will open the NASDAQ exchange at 8:30 along with GSA Chair Peg Watson.

-2/11/08: CENIC Week 2008, from February 11th-February 14th:
Monday:
- Expanded bottle recycling in the upper school: bins set up in the computer lab and the hallways of the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th floors of the old building. These are for plastic, aluminum, and glass bottles only.
- Middle School morning meeting, announcement of the wind power initiative.
Tuesday:
- CENIC Bake/Wheatgrass sale. Proceeds will go to an organization called Terrapass that supports environmental projects like methane capture (methane is a greenhouse gas twenty times more potent than CO2) and investment in alternative energy sources.
Wednesday:
- Announcement of CENIC initiatives to the PA
- CENIC sponsored questions at the upper school presidential debate assembly.
- Lower school assembly and windmill-making activity.
Thursday:
- The official switch to buying 100% green power.
- Dress down day for wearing a green shirt in the upper school.
- Assembly with a representative from Juice-inc., our new green energy provider in the upper school.
- The debut of the CENIC Newsletter.
